Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I really am sorry for the terrible loss of your mother. I've pulled up the article archives from the Mansfield News Journal with all of the articles about your mom's death. There are a few ways to handle this.

The first is that you can just pay to view them online (they only give the first few sentences so that you can see what's in the article...but then you have to pay to read the rest).

The next option, and maybe the best for you, is to call the editor and reporter who covered your mom's story and ask for a little of their time. Ask if they can let you read their stories and fill you in on what you didn't get to see. I will guarantee that they have all of the details and reports that you might want to see. But they're also human beings and should have the compassion to help you find some closure with this.

The last way is to take the dates of these stories with the page and column numbers to the Mansfield library and pull the old stories. There are quite a few here and it will take you time to go through. But there you have the ability to take your time and go slowly.

Here's the archives listing of the stories. If there is more that you'd like me to help you find, I'd be more than happy to do that. I'd also suggest, as others did earlier, that you contact the funeral home that helped with your mom's burial and ask if they would let you see her death certificate, obituary, and other information they might have on her. They are very compassionate people and are definitely in the business of helping you find answers to very painful questions.

I pray for you and your family.
