Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: There are websites. The information in family trees usuallly are not documented. Should be taken as clues not as fact. Even if you see the same information over and over, there is a lot of copying going on.

Now Ancestry.Com does have census records with slave records, but it requires a membership.
