How can i find my dads d.o.d . no d.o.b. he is not on my birth certificate. he was in the Vietnam war...?

his name is ronald oneal bennett. the last place that i saw him was in new york. i was a small child. he married a woman by the name of mary. they had a son. they named him sean bennett. the last known residence for him(sean) is florida. i also understand that my fathers family was originally from south carolina. I was his first child. he adopted marys daughter. her name is crystal. my father had a sister i remember her name to be betty jean. i grew up in virginia. i dont know any of my fathers relatives...it has been well over 10 years since i last heard that he died. there must be someone out there who could have possibly know my father or his family members...

In the meantime, here's the only Ronald O Bennett who's died in the US in the last 35 years with a death reported to the Social Security Admin. I know you thought he died more than 10 years ago...but could it have been 7 years ago?
