In England as it always been the law that when a person dies they have to have a death certificate?

and when was the law made about a doctor signing the certificate, how many doctors have to sign the certificate if the person is being cremated


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: When a person dies, I think the next of kin has to have the death cetificate. Not much point in giving it to the deceased.
