Google is my best friend, especially when I take a name or phrase and put it in quotes. I will send you to do that, since one of the returns is a full online book that mentions Sir Hamo and Sir Hugo. Siblings? not sure of that. Mentions Bradford Chapel as family church.
A couple of comments... this is bumping right into the time when surnames were just starting. The term "de" can be literally translated for the Latin "from". The good news is that someone who became "Sir" was of nobility or good family, thus they would be among the families with a reason to keep better track of lineage and descent. Poor families had no property to bother with, less reason to record their children. NOT to say that families like those in Burke's peerage do not have mistakes. DAR records have mistakes too. JUst that you have better odds of finding records.
