My name is quincy miyake,..is it a japanese name?

my name is quincy miyake ,16 years old . they say my great grand father is a japanese,i was born in the philippines as well as my parents.theres no evidence we can show that our ancestors are from japan except our name,miyake..
whenever someone will hear my name, would ask.are you japanese?....
how shall we contact other miyake there in japan that we are existing here in the philippines...will the national archive book can trace our family roots?if the miyake there in japan found out that we're really existing here,,shall they help us..?
shall they accept us??
