Locating Biolongical Father...maybe in WA area...?

I have names, some pictures, last known address, but i wont give out so much info that someone can atempt to steal identiy

Name "EDWARD ___ DAY"
he was in the army, hhc 1st birgade
his parents may be seperated, has the exact same name as father, is in 40's, more likely later. Birthday is in March for sure. Left army in '88, the year i was born. Was never married to my mother, not on birth certificate.

i have last known residence, but that was from the 80's can they really track that?
