or http://www.192.com which also has electoral roll records but you have to pay. If you have a rough idea of where she lives you could try posting a free ad on www.gumtree.com. If you know what schools she went to you could try friends reunited http://www.friendsreunited.co.uk/... It does include Irish schools it's not just for the uk.
And finally a simple google search can occassionally have results. A tip is to use quote marks round her name like "Brenda X" so you don't get umpteen entries of unrelated Brendas.
