are there any web sites that can tell me where my last name originates from? Im alittle currious..i know im Spanish but thtas really not very specific, any ideas?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I know that Ancestry.com does. Not only that but it tells you what it means & where the name orignated. Mine originated in England & it told me the shire where most people lived with my surname.

Unfortunately, you have to pay a membership fee to use the website. I'm not familiar with any other which can give you the info you want.
