Anyone know tennis player Rafeal Nadal's ancestry?

I know he's a Spanish citizen, but he doesn't quite look like he's of Spanish ancestry, unlike maybe Juan Carlos Ferrero or Tommy Robredo. Does anyone know?

The Spanish have very tight control of their records and don't allow them to be accessed on the internet or even viewed in their archives in many cases. The vast majority are under the control of the Roman Catholic Church and the bishops in Spain haven't allowed many to leave their parishes, not even for filming. You'd have to write to him and ask him for his heritage.
