Is there a genetic test to determine if you're Irish?

I wouldn't mind being Irish at all. The Irish are great, they don't give a monkey's for anybody. I was adopted, you see, and my origins are uncertain. My family tree is not even a twig. My real mother's maiden name was Hooker...oh well, if you're going to be like that...
