Cousins,second cousins,cousins once removed ? ? ?

I've recently become friendly with my father's cousin's daughter.What relation is she to me?
Also what relation is my daughter to her?
And finally what relation are our children to each other ?
I 've tried to explain my question as best I can,hope someone can help,thanks.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You and you dad's cousin's daughter are second cousins. Your daughter is her second cousin once removed, your daughter and her kids are therefore third cousins!!
The word removed means different generation, so your first cousin's kids are your first cousins once removed but your kids second cousins....hope that clears it up for you!!!!!
