Anybody know Cassandra renee Obrien in NW Indiana? maiden name was Parsley?

I am hoping to find Cassandra renee O'brien. She is my sister, I have not seen her in almost 19 years. She most likely works as a nurse somewhere in NW Indiana. She would be about 38 years old. She has brown hair and brown eyes. I have no idea how tall she is but I imagine she might be around 5'6. I have tried just about every website I can think of and I'm not going to pay to have some website give me info about someone who isn't even her. I'd just like to talk to her and see how she's doing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want her to know that I don't want anything from her and would just like to talk. It would be great if somebody knows her and could just give her my email and let her decide if she wants to talk to me. kevin197730@yahoo.com. Thanks for your interest, I tried to reply but it says you can't be emailed or instant messaged. I was just hoping to be able to find my sister. but nobody seems to have even heard of her.
