Could anyone tell me a good and easy way to find your ancestors?

I have tried Ancestry.com and Rootsweb.com and didn't have luck with either of them.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Then you've seen some of the good ones and begun to learn that it's not all that easy. Luck didn't happen for me, either, nobody had built my family tree for me. I had to do it the usual way, one generation back at a time for each family line. Ancestry.com's census images are invaluable, aren't they.
