Finding My Heritage?

I'm trying to find all my nationalities. Is there any free way I can do this by just using last names, maiden names, etc?

I really want to find out more of my roots!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Well you Nationality is the Country of your birth and whom you pay your taxes too. Now your Ethnic or Heritage is the country of your ancestors Origins. If you really want to do this then its not free b/c you need the documents to prove what you state is truth you need birth,death,marriage certificates,land grants,census reports,military records,wills,obituraries, funeral records,cemetery listings.
Now you can search for your family on these websites but be cautious even if you find your family always verify any information with documentation.
