He was said to be an Indian interpreter around Connell Washington.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I have done a search on www.familysearch .org I came up with his parents and the fact that he was one of 9 children born to his mum Elizabeth Ann Herriford, born 12th March 1838, married 2nd June 1861 and died 1920. His dad was Preston Lee Gibson on these records he was born 24 th December 1834. I don't know if you already have this information though.
