she is my father's brother's son's mom's sister's daughter.

(to clear that up, my aunt's sister's daughter...my aunt married to my uncle(my dad's brother))

are we related?

if so, what do you call that?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You are not related to her. Your aunt is only your aunt by marriage because she is married to your uncle. You are not related to any of that aunt's blood relatives.

In fact, if that uncle and aunt got divorced, most people would not even use the term "ex-aunt", they would just say "my uncle's ex-wife".
