Can anyone tell me if there is a free sight to find old obituaries for people in the united states?

I am wanting to find obituaries oof people in my family.I have been trying for days. I would also like to find a free cemetary lookup to. i would like to be able to locate a grave of a dear friend of mine so I can go visit her grave.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: one method is if you know the local paper name of the place where they died, if you do not google obituary and the persons name. also there is a website called www.cyndislist.com free websites for cemetaries, obits, states counties etc check it out
