CAn anyony tell me about The Royal Chapel of St Peter Ad Vincula, at Tower of London?

I am trying to find out more info about an ancesters wedding at the Royal Chapel of St Peter Ad Vincula, whch is at the Tower of Londonm which occured on 2nd Aug 1913.
In 1913, could anyone of the parish get married here or did you have to have a particular connection to it? If i wanted to find out this info, and more, who would i need to contact there?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The chapel became the garrison church in 1877 and was made a Chapel Royal (outside episcopal jurisdiction) in 1966. Today it serves as the parish church for the Tower community. Under normal circumstances only visitors on a Yeoman Warder tour or those attending a religious service will be allowed inside the chapel.
