Do you know anything about your ancestry?

I (im from England) have recently discovered that my surname is Irish and i'm descended from Celtic people

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: only a few things, but, of course, the further back you try to go, the more frustrating it becomes. records are inadequate; too often they've been lost in fires, floods, earthquakes, etc....(always an excuse) . I'll be very lucky if I can make the connection between America and my English roots. Somebody had to be the first one over!
