How do you find a person knowing only name and approx. age?

possibly was born in Washington st. and attended school in Adna sch. district or Lewiston county. Also went to boot camp in 1981. The age is 43, and the name of said person would be Michael Hurley middle int. possibly P.

You could also try census records which list where people were living at the time the census was taken.
