I am needing info on contacting the parodial register at wulsbuttel, germany?

i need to contact the register at wutsbuttel germany. how do i go about finding info on how to do that. my tree goes back to bremen-haven, dorfhagen germany. also i have the names of my of ggggrandfather, first name of ggggrandmother how do i find out more on them. family immigrated to the states somewhere aroun the 1820. help is appreciated.
