I'm searching for a brother I have in Kassel Germany, any ideas on how I can start my search?

I have more information about my brother, he was concieved when my father was in the Korean War. I know his mother's name and the name given to him at birth. I also know where they were living at the time. However, I'm not sure how to get started. Can anyone give me some advice?
