Help! I'm trying to find my grandparents record of immigration?

Does anyone know how to look up the immigration records from Ellis Island? I just found out what my Grandmother's maiden name was, but it's not coming up on Ancestry.com. any suggestions?

my grandmother's last name was westergaum (vestergom) she was born in 1889 in hungery and came to NY. My grandfather's name was joseph oswald from germany or austria about 4 years older, he also came thru NY & actually lost a sister "anastasia" who was never found. can you help me?
