Ancestry.com Question?

Am I the only one having trouble accessing ancestry.com or is there anyone else out there that's had repeated problems with the site lately? I did a live chat with one of their reps, but the only reason she could give me was "high volumn usage because of the Military promotion", but that's a recent thing and this has been happening for months. Any suggestions? I have a paid subscription and would like to be able to use it, but I'm getting a little frustrated.............

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I had problems with them and with FamilySearch.org for about 2 weeks. It helped tremendously to clear out the cookies and use a simple freeware program called SpyWare - Search & Destroy to immunize my computer. Ancestry.com is full of hidden links to other sites and the spyware implants and slows down the processing of queries to chug, chug, chug speed.
