Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I believe that I found Primus based on the information you gave...

U.S. Veterans Gravesites, ca.1775-2006
about Primus Lovett
Name: Primus Lovett
Service Info.: US ARMY WORLD WAR I
Birth Date: 10 Aug 1894
Death Date: 23 Feb 1997
Cemetery: Winter Garden Cemetery
Cemetery Address: 13636 Lake Butler Road Winter Garden, FL 34787

His World War I draft card is one of the few that I have seen without a full date of birth, but it does list his birthplace as Calhoun County, Georgia. At the time of the draft card, he had a wife and child.

Here is an obit I was able to get from an online tree.

PRIMUS LOVETT, 102, Caribbean Court, Orlando, died Sunday, Feb. 23, of a heart attack. Mr. Lovett worked in land clearing. Born in Morgan, Ga., he moved to Central Florida in 1924. He was a member of Tildenville Baptist Church. Survivors: daughters, Bernice E. Mortimer, Peggy Jones, both of Orlando, Lenora Noel, Rochester, N.Y.; 54 grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren. Mitchell's Funeral Home, Orlando. Orlando Sentinel. Orlando, Fla.: Feb 26, 1997. pg. C.4

It looks like Jim's parents might have been Fortune Lovett and Annie UNKOWN. Here is Jim or James in the 1880 census .

It looks like Henry Mitchell was born about May 1870 according to the 1900 census. It looks like Cindy may have been born in October 1869 according to the census. Further, the census page is really hard to read. The people who transcribed it thought that Cindy's name was Mary. They were married 11 years at the time of the 1900 census, making their marriage date around 1889. They had four children living in the household with Gussie being the youngest and born in Feb 1898.
