Felomino joined the Us navy in the 50's. He married a Japanese girl. His family lived in Japan. Felimino never returned to the Philippines, until his death in the late or early 1960's. I am looking for surviving relatives in Japan or anywhere in the world. Felimino's wife and children never lived in the Philippines. Please contact me for some interesting, and urgent, information. They have all of the personnel records, which would include the military dependents records and the addresses where the family lived during his enlistment.
