I'm stuck !!! Can anyone tell me what month was the 1891, & 1901 UK census taken?

When working with common names in Derbyshire I am finding things most difficult with the quarters and comparing ages in census 's.

Has anyone any idea as to which month they were normally taken.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The 1891 UK census was taken on Sunday 5th April,
the 1901 UK census was taken on Sunday 31st March, hope this helps you. Apart from the 1841 census which was taken on Sunday 6th June, the rest have been taken on the last Sunday in March or the first Sunday in April. http://www.genealogy-links.co.uk/html/ce...
