I want to find my birth mother. i was born july 12, 1986 in St. petersburg, Russia ?

Does anyone know how to start this process. Please help, greatly appreciated! St. Petersburg , Russia. I lived in several orphanages between !986-1994, then adopted and moved to Houston, Texas. My Russian name was Ana Valentino Kroftsova. ( approximate spelling) .The agency was called Los Ninos, based in The Woodlands, Texas.
The orphanage was Children's Home # 40.
