The address is: 150 Mt. Vernon Street Dorchester, MA 02125-3105 You need to provide the name, location, date of birth, etc. to have the best chance of getting the correct record. The entire original registers have also been digitized and are available via the NEHGS website (www.newenglandancestors.com). If you have alot of Mass. connections, it's worth joining ($75/yr).
