There is a file at rootsweb.com for this couple, relating to John Booher of Armstrong co, Pa. Standard disclaimer... verify all files for yourself, or check out the documentation. If the believed Indian blood comes via Matilda, her birth family is the one you would want to be verifying. On the Booher section at genforum, there seems to be some chat related to Cherokee lineage. I would question that, since Pa and Cherokee don't normally go together. |
