I'd like to establish a family tree and I'm wondering if anyone can suggest websites where I can download forms or software to assist me. I'm also looking for helpful sites to look up old relatives and obituaries. Thanks.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The software you need is a gedcom - family tree. If you upload onto ancestry.com free trees it will show you possible matches and suggest resources. Look into rootsweb.com too, both have shared surname, place, and other message boards, rootsweb also has email research lists. Also poke around at familysearch.org and genforum.com.
