our last name is hess, and my father's grand father named Frank J. Hess emigrated to the states. my father wants to meet possible relatives of ours living in the czech republic, most likely somewhere near prague, maybe pilsen. how do we find this information? thanks!

Hess is a German name and perhaps your family were Sudeten Germans, ethnic Germans living north of Prague who were expelled after WWII.
