How can I find public records on someone?

I need to know where the father of my children is living presently and I want to be able to track him down for free. Is their a way to find him online without having to pay for it? I really just need his current address.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Genealogy is about researching dead ancestors. If and when he's dead you can find him on SSDI for free. It's unethical to give private information on living persons.
