I saw that episode only once, in Italian, and I was puzzled because I really can't think any Italian (or evene dialect) word that may fit... I even tride to figure out spelling "kentucky" in some different way, but with no result... The more similar term could be "baldracca", but the spelling is very different; I mean, if you pronounce "kentucky" in a strange way and "baldracca" with an Americanized spell, they may be someway similar, but very loosely...
