Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I put the words 'find relation who emigrated to canada after 1st world war' in yahoo search bar, and it came up with a few details. But you'd have to have a look and see which might suit you best.
''The web investigators'' one looks interesting, and it doesnt say it costs anything either which is always a bonus these days!!

Good luck with your search anyway.
I hear this family tree business makes interesting reading.

One I would say to avoid would be the gene site thats with the freinds reunited people. I got ripped off along with another woman looking for similar names a while back, and then after denying the knowledge of some1 on their records for years, suddenly I broke one of their rules (little bit of protest!!!) and lo and behold the names popped up. So theyre a bunch of lying aresoles, so dont waste your money..

Do you not have anyone in your area doing family tree research day courses, some from colleges near here do them for ⣵ per day; and there you can get all sorts of info that could be useful

Also there's a programme thats still got a couple of days to go on BBC1 9.15-11 a.m. called Heir Hunters. They have a website w.bbc.co.uk/heirhunters There may be some information there that maybe able to help you too. Or you could watch the programme if you have chance. Iv not had chance to have a look at the site yet; I only found the programme by mistake this morning....

Good Luck in your search and have a good day!
