I need help finding a guy I went to school with in Virginia in the late 60s. Name was Jay Ivey or Jerol Ivy.?

He lived in the Rose Hill section of Alexandria near Springfield with his mother who was divorced. He drove a GTO and would be about 58-59 years old now. Different looking nose, brown hair and eyes, maybe 5'10" tall and on the thin side. Moved away around 1968 or 70. He liked to pretend that he was British with a fake accent. Hung around Georgetown, D.C. Any help would be appreciated.
