1. select the person's name - so it is highlighted
2. click on scrapbook (look below their name & details)
3. go to Picture/Object menu (top of screen)
- select Insert Picture from file (you must have scanned the pic onto your computer & saved in My Pictures first)

Adding pictures to your tree charts

1. Make sure that you have inserted pictures into the scrapbooks for your family.
2. Click on the Tree Charts button on the toolbar, and select the type of tree you want to create.
3. Click the Items to Include button in the vertical toolbar on the right. Or go to the Contents menu and select Items to Include in each Box ...
4. Under Available Items in the left-hand column, select Picture/Object.
5. This brings up an Options dialog box.
6. Select which pictures you would like to display for each person, and choose your preferred placement within the chart.
7. Click OK to confirm all your selections.

Adding pictures to your Family Group Sheet report

1. Make sure that you have inserted pictures into the scrapbooks for your family.
2. Click on the Reports button on the toolbar, and select Family Group Sheet.
3. Click the Items to Include button in the vertical toolbar on the right. Or go the Contents menu and select Items to Include in Family Group Sheet ??
4. Highlight the Standard Page item in the right hand column.
5. Click on Options.
6. Check the box for Pictures/Image.
7. You may select options for which pictures to display by clicking on Options.
8. Once you have made your selections, click OK to confirm all your selections.
9. Your selected pictures should now be reflected in your report.

Please note, if you have selected the LDS format option in Preferences you cannot include pictures/objects in your Family Group Sheets.
