Can anyone help me with the genealogy regarding Lottie Lee "Williams" Crittenden?

She was married to Emmet Eugene Crittenden. She had one daughter Charlsa Jean Crittenden. She had 4 grand-daughters. Her husband, although was named Emmet Eugene, who was known as Gene helped raise these 4 grand-daughters. She owned and operated the cafe there in Ackerly for over a decade which was known as "Lottie's Cafe". She resided in Ackerly for many, many years; several after her husband Gene passed on. She did live in Big Spring for a short time and briefly in Lubbock where she passed away. She is buried in Big Spring, Texas. I believe she was buried there in January 2006.

Lottie Crittenden, 84, of Lubbock, formerly of Ackerly, died on Sunday, January 1, 2006, in Lubbock. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 5, 2006 at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park.
She was born on November 19, 1921, in Toyah, and married E. E. "Gene" Crittenden on March 20, 1938 in Coahoma. He preceded her in death on August 9, 1982.
Lottie came to Big Spring in 1927 and moved to Vealmoor in 1945 and then to Ackerly in 1963. She had owned and operated Lottie's Cafe in Ackerly for 15 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Charlsa Nichols of Shawnee, Oklahoma; four granddaughters, Gena Rogers of Lamesa, Belinda Ingram of Lubbock, Kathy Feaster of Big Spring and Tammy Carson of Napa, California; ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Morris Leo Crittenden, 73, of Big Spring, died on Sunday, May 13, 2007, at the Home Hospice House of Odessa. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, May 18, 2007 at the Trinity Memorial Park Peace Chapel with Rev. George Crittenden, officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
He was born on July 16, 1923, in Clarksville, Texas. Morris was married to Johnnie Marie Howie for 35 years and she preceded him in death on February 28, 1983. He then married Martha Nixon on May 11, 1984 in Lamesa.
Morris served in the United States Army during World War II. He had farmed and ranched in Glasscock County for many years, retiring in 1995. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Crittenden of Big Spring; one son and daughter-in-law, Eddie Bruce and Cherry Crittenden of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one daughter and son-in-law, Lana and Rickey Smith of Athens; two step daughters and their spouses, Ann and Terry Kessler of Sand Springs, and Susan and David Dickens of Austin; three brothers, George Crittenden of Denver City, James Crittenden of Roswell, New Mexico, and Don Crittenden of Big Spring; three sisters, Inez Grant Shivers of Big Spring, Dorothy Gay of Smithville, Georgia, and Alma Shafer of Vincent; ten grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Home Hospice House, 903 N. Sam Houston, Odessa, Texas 79761 or the Scottish Rite Children's Hospital, 222 Welborn, Dallas, Texas 75219.

Since Lottie's obit said that she came to Big Spring in 1927, I assumed that she was in the 1930 census for Howard county. Here is what I found:
