Over splits!.

You put your foot up on a mat about 6 to 8 inches above the ground!. Then go normally into your split!.
It stretches beyond your original split and makes reg splits feel normal!.

If you have lost your splits, start by stretching everyday!.
If you push yourself enough, you should have them back within a week or so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just stretch every day until you can comfortably get back down into them!. There is no fast way to do it, you need to stretch slowly so as not to tear muscle and ligaments and hurt yourself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

bend front leg with back straight and push hip down!.!.!.if that makes sense!?
