Cool, mine's the day after!
You MUST warm up before the first dance especially!. If you've got time between changes, do a few stretches to keep your muscles warm and flexible!. Arrive fifteen minutes before scheduled arrival time, find a peaceful-ish space (you're bound to find one somewhere in these big theatres) and put your i-pod on and do a few minutes of jazz dance style warm-ups before going through your regular ballet position warmup!. Do heaps of tendus, releves and eleves to prepare your ankles and feet!.
This gets you feeling really supple as well as confident to hit the stage!.

Well stretch a LOT!!!!! (regular stretches from dance class)Try standing in first position and lifting into releve!. over and over agian!. That will stretch your ancles!. whatever you do dont go up on point without a dance studio and your teacher!.
Come see me perform in The BOston Ballets the Nutcracker im Clara!
Good Luck in your performance tomorrow!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Stretch!.!.!.tons!. If you haven't already you'll have problems, so don't bother!. Practice your routine to the point where you know it by heart and you are comfortable doing it as if it were a perfectly normal daily activity!. Continue practicing perfect posture!. Make sure you get tons of sleep, don't stay up too late trying to do all that, lol!.
