we usually have just been stretching a little bit here and there and sometiems at home since we were just doing easy ballet stuff well now we are moving onto our dance routine for this resital thing in feb!. so we did our 30 min stretch out yesterday and now my legs hurt reallyyyy bad they hurt last night and it hurt to walk and sit down today!.!.!.tehy still hurt
so would a warm shower help!? or what
