Question: CLUBBING HELP! How do you do this move and what's it called!?

When a girl and a guy are grinding, and the guy sorta pushes down on the girl's back to make her lean forward and rotate her asss in his crotch!. Okay I've seen this before, but I really want to know:

1) What's it called!? Anything in particular!? lol

2) How do I get better at it!? Is the motion like a circle, a figure 8, up-and-down rotating!? Please help! I'm going clubbing tonight and I want to do this move well =)

I know that other than this I know how to grind really well - it's just this one move that really gets me!
