Does wearing ballet flats make your feet flat!?

If i wore ballet flats 3 out of the 5 days for school, would it make my feet flat!? not ballet SHOES, but you know, flats!.!.!.!.like fashion shoes!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

As long as you keep working your arch often then no probably not!. But if you are worried about losing your arch then you could always get some in-soles [[like Dr!.Soles or something]] with an arch-support!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I wear flats all the time, and I do ballet, and I didn't lose my arch!. I think as long as your arches don't roll over and you do stretches to keep your arch, you'll be good!Www@QuestionHome@Com

well considering it makes dancers feet somewhat flat and destroys their arch!.!.!.then I would think it would do the same for you!. They're kind of like flip-flops!.!.!.do the same damage!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
