I'm not sure what kind of jazz you are looking for but here are some that have classes for beginners -

For jazz ballet you can try Singapore Dance Theater!.

For regular jazz dance / lyrical jazz you can try Jitterbugs Singapore or Dancepointe Singapore!.

For street jazz (the kind that's fuzed with hip hop) you can try Studio Wu or O School!.
