Question: My Goal Is To Do A Complete Flip And Land On Ground Cna You Help Me!?
Next year im a part of a dance and i WANT to do a front flip in the dance!. What things can i do to archive this goal!?
*i have a trampoline and i can land about 70%
*im not fat
Should I Work out my legs!?
Jog!?

you really have to tuck your chin in to your chest and as you throw yourself forward you gotta pull your legs in tight and put your body into as tight of a ball as possible!. You can't come out of the flip too early or too late or else you wont land on your feet!. You just gotta get a feel for the timing!. trampoline is a good place to starts!. It's a million times harder to do on the ground!

Do yoga so you be really flexible!. You can buy dvd of yoga at the stores!. Work on strengthening your legs!. Try to improve on your jumps!. What I used to do to help my legs is I used to get a wooden box abaout as high as your thighs and then jump with both feet on the box and imediatly jump back (do this for about 1 minute and rest for 2 minutes) This should strengthen your legs!. You can also join gymnastics that would help you a great deal!. Be careful because if you land wrong while doing this you can seriously hurt yourself!. Good LuckWww@QuestionHome@Com
