Question:

How do I get an legitimate literary agent to look at my children's fantasy book?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Check agentquery.com. There are lots of good articles there too (I really liked the one titled "ARE YOU AM, FM, OR XM?" talking about if you need an agent or not). Just make sure you follow the agents guidelines for submission because if you don't listen to them, why should they listen to you?

Also if they want to charge up front, be very warry... I personally would run in the other direction.

Also they usually get 10-15% (not 5%)

Also you can check them out on Preditors and edtors. To find them just put preditors and editors in any search engine or (if this link comes thru) click here: http://anotherealm.com/prededitors/...
